  • 1/2-inch piece peeled fresh ginger
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon white miso
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 small shallot, roughly chopped
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 large pinch garam masala

  • Marcona Almonds
  • Fresh Chopped kale
  • Cilantro / fresh herbs

  • 1 tsp vinegar

  2. Place cauliflower on the baking tray. Toss the cauliflower with tumeric, a generous pinch of salt and pepper, then the oil.
  3. Coat the cauliflower in the seasonings and oil evenly, then spread the cauliflower out on the trays, making sure nothing is laying on top of each other. Place the cauliflower pieces cut side down and then place in the oven.
  4. Let the cauliflower roast for 25-30 minutes or until slightly charred on the edges.
  5. While the cauliflower is roasting, make the salad dressing by combining all ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until smooth.
